At Eazefly, we aim to keep things clear and transparent when it comes to your travel bookings. Our refund and cancellation policies follow the rules set by the third-party service providers from whom we book your services. Eazefly acts only as a middleman between you and these providers. To secure your booking, we may accept a deposit. Please carefully review our deposit terms below:
Refunds
Refund eligibility and amount are determined by the respective third-party provider.
Processing typically takes 8–10 weeks, but may vary.
Refunds are only processed to New Zealand bank accounts and must match the name and email address provided at the time of booking.
Please ensure accurate bank details are provided to avoid delays.
For international services, currency conversion rates may apply.
Cancellations
Subject to third-party supplier terms and conditions.
Most promotional and special fares are 100% non-refundable.
If the main service provider is unable to issue a refund due to reasons like bankruptcy, insolvency, or closing down, Eazefly will not be responsible for providing a refund to the customer.
Non-Refundable Charges
Non-Refundable Deposits: A deposit may be required to hold your reservation. Please note that all deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the booking outcome.
Deposit Adjustment Policy: If customers wish to adjust the deposit towards the bookings, it can be adjusted within 15 days of the initial payment for the same passengers only.
Important Notes
Booking Confirmation Required: Deposits do not guarantee ticket issuance or fare lock until the full payment is made and the booking is confirmed.
Limited Validity: If not adjusted within 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings.
Applicable to New Bookings Only: Deposit adjustments cannot be applied to existing or previously confirmed reservations.
Fare Changes: Airfares and availability may change at any time. Eazefly is not responsible for fare differences if the booking is delayed beyond the deposit period
Refunds are not guaranteed if the supplier refuses or fails to process them.
