Eazefly Travels – Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking with Eazefly Travels—whether online, over the phone, by email, or in person—you confirm your agreement with the following.
In this document, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Eazefly Travels. The person making the booking agrees to these terms on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
Passport & Visa Requirements
- beyond your return date, and check if a machine-readable passport is required. You’re responsible for having the correct passports, visas, and re-entry documents. Any costs or issues from missing or invalid documents are your responsibility.
We can provide general guidance and connect you with third-party visa services (fees apply), but we are not liable for advice from external providers.
U.S. Travel Notice
- Most travelers to the U.S. must register with ESTA: esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ New Zealand citizens need ESTA approval or a valid visa. Check your eligibility before traveling.
Travel Alerts & Safety
- Visit www.safetravel.govt.nz for destination-specific advice and to register your travel plans in case of emergencies.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical issues, or lost luggage. It’s also advised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Health Requirements
- Check the health entry rules for your destination, including vaccination or testing requirements. Carry all necessary health documents while traveling.
Flight Changes
- Airline schedule changes are outside our control. Refunds or rescheduling will follow the airline’s policy. Eazefly charges a for any change due to airline schedule updates, border issues, health emergencies, or natural disasters.
Prices
- Prices are subject to availability and may change until full payment is made. Increases may result from currency shifts, fuel charges, taxes, or supplier changes. Contact us for current pricing.
Change & Cancellation Fees (Eazefly)
- In addition to supplier fees, the following apply:
- Domestic / Trans-Tasman Bookings:
- Change: NZD 50 | Cancellation: NZD 75 per person
- International Bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman):
- Change: NZD 150 | Cancellation: NZD 150 per person
Supplier Fees & Refunds
- Suppliers may charge additional fees—up to 100% of the booking amount. Refunds will only be processed once received from the supplier and may take 8 to 12 weeks.
